Visiting arrangements in the event of a red heatwave alert
- Early opening and closing times : 8.30 am to 2 pm (last admission at 1.15 pm) ;
- These times may change in the event of more extreme conditions (for information on the day itself, please call 03 85 59 82 00) ;
- Guided tours and lecture tours (for individuals, adult groups and school groups) led by the abbey’s guides: Cancelled ;
- Guided tours by third parties: We recommend that no guided tours take place so that each visitor can explore the sites at their own pace and find cool areas for themselves.
Good to know
- A drinking fountain and toilet are located at the entrance to the abbey, past the reception area ;
- The Abbey Cellar, situated in the grounds, is a naturally cool space : Seats have been provided so that everyone can enjoy it ;
