Accessibility facilities

  • Induction loop systems (ILS) forvisitors with or without hearing aids 
  • Audio guides with induction loops for guided tours
  • Screening room equipped with a magnetic induction loop 

Self-guided tours – book in advance

By booking your tickets in advance, you’ll spend less time queuing. Free admission and guided tour for people with disabilities and their carer, upon presentation of valid proof (Mobility and Inclusion card for French visitors), or a certificate from the organising body (groups).

Group visits 

A group of up to 8 people with disabilities, accompanied by carers, may enter the monument free of charge. For groups larger than this, the specific public pricing conditions apply. Booking is compulsory for groups.  

  • Self-guided tour for 8 to 30 participants – €20  
  • Guided tour for 8 to 30 participants – €40  
  • Remote guided tour for up to 60 participants – medical and social care organisations – €40
